Terms and Conditions for Ride Europe Tours Ltd

Welcome to Ride Europe Tours Ltd. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Participant" or "you") and Ride Europe Tours Ltd ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By booking a tour with us, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license recognized in Europe. Passengers must be above 12 years of age.

1.2 **Booking Process:** Reservations can be made via our website, email, or phone. A non refundable deposit of £500 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

1.3 **Payment:** Full payment is due 12 WEEKS before the tour start date. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of your reservation.

1.4 **Confirmation:** Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and further details about your tour.

### 2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 **Cancellation by Participant:** If you cancel your booking, the following refund policies apply:

After 14 days deposits become non refundable.

- After 14 days but More than 12 weeks before the tour: 100% refund minus deposit and related admin fees may apply.

- Less than 12 weeks before the tour: 20% refund as accommodation/transport will already be booked.

2.2 **Cancellation by Company:** We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or low participation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.

### 3. Travel and Medical Insurance

3.1 **Insurance Requirements:** All participants must have valid travel and medical insurance that covers motorcycle touring and accidents. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the start of the tour.

### 4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 **Safety Gear:** Participants must wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, gloves and protective clothing.

4.2 **Adherence to Laws:** Participants are required to comply with all European traffic laws and regulations.

4.3 **Condition of Motorcycles:** Participants must ensure motorcycles are in good working condition before commencing the tour. Regular checks of brakes, lights, and tyres are mandatory.

### 5. Liability and Waivers

5.1 **Assumption of Risk:** Participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved in motorcycle touring and participate voluntarily, understanding these risks.

5.2 **Waiver:** By joining a tour, you release Ride Europe Tours Ltd, its employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by you during the tour, except where caused by gross negligence of the Company.

5.3 **Indemnity:** You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ride Europe Tours Ltd from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the tour.

### 6. Company Rights

6.1 **Alterations to Itinerary:** We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, with no obligation to provide compensation or refunds.

6.2 **Participant Removal:** The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour for behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

### 7. Intellectual Property

7.1 **Content Use:** Any materials or content provided during the tour are owned by the Company. Participants may not distribute or reproduce any material without prior permission.

### 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.

### 9. Amendments

9.1 Ride Europe Tours Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
